Lifting type AGV include single Lift, double lift and triple lift. Lift assembly type AGV trolley is widely used for chassis line powertrain, rear axle assembly and body assembly. It replaces the traditional RGV, synchronous chain, plate chain, etc. Use pure battery power supply, or contactless power supply (no charging), or contactless power supply + battery power hybrid power supply system (no separate charging station is required).
■ With magnetic stripe navigation or electromagnetic navigation, the line change is flexible and simple, and the process adjustment is more convenient. Intelligent line tracking system can conveniently synchronize the speed with catenary, trolley and other aerial production lines.
■ The running route is a closed ring running route, which is divided into assembly section, side shift section and non-assembly section.
■ The non-contact power supply is clean, environmentally friendly and maintenance-free.
